In SGPT you'll train in groups of 3-4 people at designated class times doing your own personalized program under the watchful eye of Chris
It's the perfect compliment to your large group training experience.
These programs are designed around your individual needs, goals, imbalances, injuries, and more.
They allow for:
Every small group signee starts with a 1:1 assessment with Chris.
This is where you’ll:
From there a customized warm-up, mobility routine, training program, and cool down are designed and put into your Push Press app where only you can see it.
Nothing will be random.
Everything will have a purpose.
