Here's How it works
- Register online or call to claim your free week.
- Schedule your first training session.
- Arrive a few minutes early and check in at our front desk kiosk.
- One of our coaches will greet you and point you in the right direction.
When you arrive, we'll give you a quick tour of the facility. We'll also answer any questions you might have about who we are and how we train. Some common questions might be:
- Do I need any fitness experience to join?
- What types of classes do we offer?
- How quickly can I make progress?
- What membership options do you offer?
Eventually we'll establish goals, needs, and skill level.
You'll leave your first class feeling amazing!
