Membership Suspension / Cancellation Request

Physical Location Memberships
Per the terms and conditions of your membership, all suspensions and cancellations require a minimum of twenty eight (28) days written notification prior to your credit/debit card processing date to suspend or cancel your monthly recurring membership.

All suspensions are subject to review and must be sent via our suspension / cancellation request form below.

Contract cancellations are only permitted penalty-free if you move more than 25 miles from our current location. Proof of new address must be provided prior to executing cancellation.

The penalty for cancelling a contract before its full completion for any other reason can be found in your membership agreement.

Requests for suspension or cancellation submitted inside the 28 day billing cycle will result in a final payment drawn from your account on your established auto draft date should we grant your suspension or cancellation. It is your responsibility to submit the suspension request form 28 days in advance of your next bill date. There will be no refund issued once a payment has been charged to your credit card.

All prepaid memberships are non-refundable.

Online Programming Memberships
Online programming can be requested to be cancelled at any time, however all cancellation requests must be submitted via our Cancellation Request Form below and received at least seven (7) days prior to your credit/debit card processing date.

All programs require a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the next billing date to assure cancellation of automatic payments. Cancellation requests submitted inside the 7 days will result in a final payment drawn from your account on your established auto draft date. It is your responsibility to provide this written notice 7 days in advance of your next billing date.

There will be no refund issued once a payment has been charged to your credit card. Once the final payment has been drawn from your account, clients will have access to the program(s) from the last bill date until the next.
