- Quickly and accurately assess range of motion (ROM) to determine muscle length.
- Determine your client's genetic pre-disposition towards hyper or hypo mobility.
- Effectively design flexibility programs to meet your client's specific needs and goals.
- Monitor and chart progress from session to session.
- Determine the difference between tight and short muscles.
- Understand why some stretches should only be held for 1-3 second and others for more than 60 seconds.
- Learn how and why stretching may lead to increased muscle "tightness."
