Our method for improving dietary practices is 100% customized. We don't overwhelm or complicate eating or lifestyle changes. Rather, we systematically identify areas of stress in the body, whether from food, dehydration, lack of sleep, poor blood sugar management, emotional or work-related issues, etc. and create a plan to address the dominant source of dysfunction. Our belief is that stress precipitates dis-ease. Minimizing this stress creates a well-balanced environment (both internally and externally) where healing can take place, weight can be more effectively managed, and energy is limitless. If the body cannot properly detoxify and recover, it will not respond favorably to exercise, weight-loss, or the demands of everyday life.
