All that is required for membership is the commitment and Will necessary to forge a new you. That is your mission. Our mission is to guide your efforts in a direction that justifies your investment. The financial cost is minimal compared to the resolve necessary to manifest lasting change.
Interview
The first step toward membership is to schedule an interview. The interview is an evaluative process designed to identify and discuss those qualities we believe are essential to success here, namely commitment, focus, effort, and a self-directed desire to improve. Not all of our members are fit, nor do many of them possess high levels of athletic ability. Where you start doesn't matter. All we ask is your best effort and a commitment to personal accomplishment that exceeds the incessent tug of mediocrity we frown upon.
Additionally, time will be spent discussing your goals and testing competency in all the body's general motor skills and metabolic pathways. These skills include, but are not limited to, strength, power, power endurance, agility, speed, coordination, flexibility, and balance.
The interview and evaluation are mandatory to ensure the spirit of the gym and its members remains in tact. Once you complete the interview process you will placed into one of the following training options:
