The first step toward membership is to schedule an interview and assessment. The interview is an evaluative process designed to identify and discuss those qualities we believe are essential to success here, namely commitment, focus, effort, and a self-directed desire to improve.
Not all of our members are fit, nor do many of them possess high levels of athletic ability. Where you start doesn’t matter. All we ask is your best effort and a commitment to personal accomplishment that exceeds the incessent tug of mediocrity we frown upon.
Additionally, time is spent assessing structural balance and testing competency in all the body’s general motor patterns, including squatting, lunging, bending, pressing, and pulling.
