Hot Lunch (Wednesdays 12 PM - 1 PM) is a beautifully rounded practice for those with a limited time at lunch. You will connect with the breath and strength of the body while getting deep into all the major joints, moving the spine through flexion & extension and twists. It is a great way to revitalize and get warm and loose for the day.
Power yoga (Saturdays 12 PM - 1:30 PM) combines dynamic breath and strong, flowing movement to create a high-heat, high-energy workout. The class works to balance and heal the body while clarifying the mind. We will investigate various asanas (postures) while utilizing ujjayi pranayama (breath), drishti (gaze), and bandhas (locks). This is an invigorating and heat-producing practice that detoxifies the system, realigns the body and strengthens weak links.

More like a party than a workout! It fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout that is designed to be FUN and EASY to do! Zumba features interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Individuals may achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric burning, heart racing, muscle pumping, body energizing movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
