Advanced Personal Training and Athletic Development?
Level III is an in-depth exploration into the principles that form our fundamental training philosophy. The foundation of this philosophy is a combination of multiple disciplines, gathered in such a way as to foster the critical thinking necessary to answer the all important questions what, when, how, why, and why not.
Furthermore, learn that fitness must be individualized and that even broad, general forms of conditioning are individualized prescriptions to some degree. Students will evaluate and execute all of the functional movement patterns, assess bio-motor abilities, and learn to program for specific and broad improvements in power, power endurance, endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and speed.
An emphasis will also be placed on basic periodization concepts, programming structure, and recovery. More importantly you'll experience what it’s like to be a client, giving you a deeper more internalized understanding of the material and how to apply it.
